- EVENT REGISTRATION -

Everyone is encouraged to support this, and future NARC events, by registering! Registration is required to sell items in the parking lot, and for admittance to the Hospitality Room, the Pavek Museum, and for all indoor events except the auction.

Registration is not actually required to buy or sell at the auction, or to buy at the outdoor swap meet, but we do encourage everyone to register since your support is needed to continue holding these events in the future. All who register will be put on the NARC mailing list and may receive emails when we learn of other area auctions, sales, etc., that would be of interest to radio collectors.

You can pre-register (and save $3.00) by returning the enclosed registration form before May 11th to:
NARC, PO Box 18362, Minneapolis, MN 55418.

After you arrive, please pick up your name badge and other materials in the Registration Room.

- AUCTION -

The meet kicks off with a large antique radio auction in the hotel main ballroom at 7:00 p.m. Friday! You do not need to be registered for Radio Daze to buy or sell at this auction. Consign any radio items you want to sell by bringing them to the auction between 3 - 6 p.m.
  • Bid numbers $1 if registered, otherwise they are $3.
  • Limit of 10 lots will be accepted from each seller.
  • Entry fee is $5 per lot, payable by seller at check-in.
  • Seller may add any reserve to their lot for $2 fee.
  • ZERO sellers or buyers fee on sale price!
  • Lots that don't get an opening bid of at least $10 will not be sold.
  • Disclaimer: Buyers are responsible for examining items prior to bidding. NARC assumes no liability or responsibility to buyers or sellers for auction results.

- RICHARD MAJESTIC -

NARC is proud to have Richard Majestic as our featured speaker this year. Richard is an officer and member of the New Mexico Radio Club and has a comprehensive collection of Majestic brand radios that he will show to us with a slide show. He is also very interested in more modern electronics and holds several patents related to hi-fi, including one that improved the front end of the first McIntosh solid state FM tuner. He knew the pioneers of hi-fi, Frank McIntosh and Avery Fisher, and ran a hi-fi sales and repair shop, so he is sure to have some interesting stories to tell.
