NARC Winter Workshop and Swap Meet
The Pavek Museum of Broadcasting
February 4th, 2001 (Sunday)
The Pavek Museum of Broadcasting will once again host the annual NARC Winter Workshop on Sunday February 4th, 2001 beginning at 1:00pm. The Workshop will be preceded by a parking lot swap meet (weather permitting) starting at approximately 10:00am.
Steve Raymer is again hosting the meet. This year's theme is "All The Things That Didn't Work At Past Workshops Will Work This Time." Topics will include phantastron wobbulation alignment of the McMurdo Silver Masterpiece V, the Philco Mystery Control, IF repairs, AVC circuits in crystal sets, plus a few surprises.
Hospitality coordinator, Ron Wines, will once again be providing snacks and beverages for all those in attendance.
So make a point to set aside some items to bring to the parking lot swap meet, and mark Sunday February 4th on your calendar as the day to leave the sheltered confines of your homes, and challenge those February Canadian cold fronts to attend this year's NARC Winter Workshop.
