Northland Antique Radio Club
2004 ANNUAL MEETING & SWAP MEET
Come join us at the NARC Annual Meeting and Mini-Swap Meet on September 19, 2004 at the Pavek Museum of Broadcasting. The swap meet will be held in the parking lot starting at approximately 10:00 am, followed by the meeting starting at 11:00 am in the museum. Note that the new starting time is 11:00 am !! The theme for this meeting is 'Bakelite and Plastic Radios', so bring your favorite bakelite or plastic radio to display, show-and-tell, or to learn more about it. We're also planning to give away doorprizes, and the club will provide snacks and refreshments following the meeting.
Remember this event is FREE for all current and renewing members so be sure and bring some items to sell in the parking lot! NARC members will be receiving a newsletter prior to the meeting that includes a ballot for the election of club officers and a membership renewal form. Please take the time at the meeting to vote for the candidates of your choice and renew your membership which is currently $12.00 annually. If you are unable to attend the meeting, your ballot and renewal can be mailed. Just a reminder that if you have an interest in becoming actively involved in the administrative end of club events, please let us know! We'll see you at the meeting!!!!
